Meteorological knowledge is not the only thing needed for precise weather forecasts. Other requirements are different numerical models, a large variety of data and a technical infrastructure for electronic data processing. UBIMET has access to all national weather observation data. Real-time observation data, information from international numerical computer models and satellite and weather radar data from all parts of the world is received and processed around the clock in the UBIMET data centre.
