UBIMET to make the internal procedures more efficient from the meteorologists' revision and visualisation of data to the efficient data processing and generation of a product. MindVis will give
UBIMET a competitive advantage in the operational weather forecast.
Therefor
UBIMET invests especially in innovative software. As a result the forecast-quality will be increased and products as well as all processes to generate a product will become regional, national and international scalable, which is an essential part of
UBIMET's further strategy of expansion.
MindVis was rated second place and was distinguished for this innovative project in March 2011.
