Executive summary
Developing a statistical process which enables downscaling forecasting fields for the most important meteorological parameters such as temperature, wind, humidity, atmospheric pressure, precipitation to any type of topography. In addition, the process permits to modify model forecasts based on statistical findings between model and actual values based on hourly data over a period of two years.
