EWC, a traditional company with an excellent reputation within the German market, has joined forces with UBIMET to increase internationally expansion whilst maintaining market dominance in Germany.<\/p>\n<p>For Michael Fassnauer, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ubimet.com\/en\/company\/history\/\">founder and CEO of the UBIMET Group in Vienna<\/a>, the UBIMET office in Germany forms a central milestone in the company history. \u201cEWC is now called UBIMET. The enormous investments over the last couple of years in our infrastructure benefit UBIMET and facilitates hyperlocal, real-time information as a powerful information base for weather-dependent industries in Germany. UBIMET operates a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ubimet.com\/en\/technology\/lightning-detection-system\/\">highly precise global lightning detection network<\/a>, a competence centre for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ubimet.com\/en\/services\/severe-weather-warnings\/\">severe weather warnings<\/a> and the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ubimet.com\/en\/services\/weather-cockpit\/\">professional weather application Weather Cockpit<\/a>\u00ae.
